Gents: My wife and I are eagerly awaiting out trip south to Maitland in a few weeks and I definately want to come over and give a listen to you all. I hear great things about you. As for me, well, I've been a Blowin' for these 14 years and still not a really good piper but my love for the music and the Great Pipe is forever. I live here in Mountain Brook for 1/2 the year ( at 3 month intervals ) and in Maitland the same. I play sometimes with one of the bands here - Heritage P.D. - and have for several years. Now I need some band to offer me a place in the back row and perhaps a privilage to be called Friend or even Member. I recently have received my Small Pipes from Ray Sloan and will be looking for someone to instruct that instrument when I am there. Do you know of anyone willing? By the way, I wear Clan Farquharson Tartan and find that it looks very much like the one your band uses. What is it? Best regards. Ron
